General Motors has launched the all-new Chevrolet Cruze in Mumbai. The car now features a new 2.0-litre diesel engine that comes mated to a 6-speed manual and an auto transmission. The engine is called the FAM Z, and features a high-performance common rail fuel injection system and advanced electronically controlled variable geometry turbocharger with intercooler.
Other features include a new PEPS - Passive Entry Passive Start with Push button start/stop that comes standard in all variants, a six-way adjustable driver's seat, clutch footrest and premium speakers. The LT variant also comes with fog lamps, tilt and telescopic steering, chrome door handles and an Up-level smart screen.
Prices for the new Chevrolet Cruze are as follows
Cruze LT - Rs 13.64 lakh
Cruze LTZ - Rs 14.76 lakh
Cruze LTZ auto - Rs 15.66 lakh (all prices Ex-showroom Thane, without Octroi).
